6 Eco and Organic Bathroom Essentials

Have you ever just wanted to reach into your cupboard and find products that will help your ailments naturally and not have to head out to the shops and pay the hefty price tag? There is a good chance you have some of these products already in your kitchen cupboard that do the same, if not better then over the counter products. So here we have a list of 6 Eco and Organic Bathroom Essentials and their uses. 6 Eco and Organic Bathroom Essentials

Organic Coconut Oil

Oil Pulling To Whiten Teeth There are so many uses for Coconut Oil that do not include cooking, here are just a few of many handy tips. Firstly to Whiten Teeth, you can see here is a picture of my teeth after only days of Oil Pulling to Whiten my Teeth, for exact instructions on how you can achieve this see HERE. Body Moisturiser, Coconut oil makes a fantastic light and lovely scented Body Moisturiser, for the face I don’t recommend, Jojoba Oil is much lighter for the face.

In summary, Coconut oil is a wonder product, perfect for whitening teeth with just a few days of oil  pulling! It’s also a light and lovely scented body moisturizer (although for the face, we recommend Jojoba oil).

Apple Cider Vinegar

Not only is Organic Apple Cider Vinegar taste amazing in food and help with weight loss by aiding digestion. Surprisingly Apple Cider Vinegar can be used to remove warts, skin tags and benign moles. It is one of my fave of the 6 Eco and Organic Bathroom Essentials. What I find Apple Cider Vinegar to be my best friend for is skin cleansing.  How I make my concoction is by having 1 part ACD to 3 (you can do 1:2 but I have sensitive skin) parts spring water. I use a makeup remover pad and wipe my face with it after I’ve cleansed. Another use worth sharing is to help get my locks nice and glossy. Anyone who knows me knows I have out of control frizzy/afro hair when left to its own devices, to give your hair a super boost in a bottle add 1 part ACV 1 part water, completely saturate your hair, leave for 15 minutes and rinse out, you are done.

So apple cider vinegar is not only great for cooking but also for removing warts and skin tags, and even better for skin cleansing.

MooGoo Products

Moogoo scalp cream seborrheic dematitis

Moogoo Hair Products are hands down the best hair, skin and makeup range I have ever used in my life (I have not been paid to write this, they don’t even know I am giving them a wrap). For 10 years I suffered with the terrible itch and inflammation of Seborrheic Dermatitis, I tried many prescription meds, over the counter meds, tar and medicated shampoos and nothing worked. I read in a forum one night how a lady cured hers using Moogoo products, I had nothing to lose, I went to the closest Terry White Chemist and got myself the Shampoo, Conditioner and after the VERY FIRST WASH, I felt relief, it gradually got better, I sometimes had flare-ups so decided as a boost to add Moogoo Seborrheic Scalp Cream into my routine and I have not had a single flare-up since, no red and no itching. I could not believe it.

When it comes to hair and skin care, we can’t recommend Moogoo products enough. Specially designed for those with Seborrheic Dermatitis, the shampoo, conditioner, and topical cream work like a miracle. After just one wash, you’ll feel relief from itch and inflammation, and over time, you’ll see a remarkable improvement.

Since I also have sensitive skin and have had many reactions to make up I decided to try their Dusty Girls Make up and skin creams, I found them to not only be perfect for my skin and natural but to have full coverage like the top brand makeups. You must check them out.
